As a former dessert addict, I can honestly tell you that you there’s no way you can enjoy a dessert if it doesn’t have all the sweet delicious flavors. Over the years I’ve tried so many gluten free, vegan, no refined sugar desserts and there are some really terrible ones out there. So I went out and collected a few that will have you making them all year round.
Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread is so moist and packed with holiday flavors. It will have your whole kitchen smelling so yummy. My husband who eats whatever he likes, absolutely loves this one. So trust me when I say all your dinner guests will enjoy it.

For those who are able to have nuts and oils, here’s a decadent pecan bar for you. It’s sweet and nutty and a perfect treat to complete your thanksgiving feast. Plus they don’t have any refined sugars like most pecan bars.

Now if you are looking to wow your guests bring this Apple Pie. This dessert is about as clean as it can get. It’s vegan, gluten free, and fat free. There are no nuts, oils, or refined sugars which makes it a great allergy friendly dessert.

A staple on Thanksgiving are pumpkin pies. I personally don’t eat them but here’s a clean recipe for one that is vegan and gluten free. It is made with whole foods and no refined sugars.
